Sunday I was Blessed to take 8 men from Clayton Transitional Center to 12Stone Church. A Transitional Center is the last stage of prison in Georgia. It is where they find a job, save money, complete their time, and then they are released with some much needed funds, and, if possible, they keep that job. The concept is sound and offers opportunities that have not always been available. After church we enjoyed lunch together at Steak N Shake. This is not just a church visit and an outing for these men. I am trying to plant a seed in these men so they will seek God, join a church upon release, and choose the better life of following God. Love thy neighbor as thy self! I work full-time as a Chaplain to help these men get out of prison and to stay out of prison. I always need other people to help with their time and donations. God is Good!
